Herbal Loose Leaf Tea

 

Tommy occasionally does like herbal loose leaf tea.  I never thought it would happen, but I am beginning to enjoy the world of herbal loose leaf tea.  Excellent for mixing with other more healthful teas to add some much needed 'pizazz,' as well as delicious by brewed by themselves.  I was a late comer to this family of teas but am learning to love them nonetheless.  Below are some of my recent discoveries.

		Fresh Chamomile Herbal Tea Herbal chamomile, natural, caffeine free alternative for a soothing before bed tea.  Better than counting sheep and sure to draw you into a deep, deep, relaxing sleep.

		Peppermint Herbal Tea This peppermint is fantastic.  Bursting with crisp clean peppermint flavor.  Savor it by itself, or mix with other teas to explore new avenues of flavor.  This is quickly becoming one of my favorite staples within the tea lab.
